Account creation and validation

Enter a username, password and a valid email address in the fields provided below. Criteria for each field can be displayed by choosing the question mark button within the label above each field. Once you have filled out each field you can submit the data by choosing the Submit button below.

To avoid having multiple logons for the same user, we encourage you to choose a username that will be easy to remember. Once you have registered, an email containing a validation link will be sent to the email address you provide. Choosing that validation link within your email should open your browser and validate your account and your email address. Your username and password will only be valid for 7 days unless you validate your account. Any accounts not validated within 7 days will be deleted from the system and the username will be made available again.

All accounts will be deleted from the system after 12 months of inactivity.
Failure to log into the account constitutes inactivity.

  • The username must be at least 5 characters and no longer than 15 characters.
  • The username can contain uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (A-Z or a-z) and numbers.
  • The email address must begin with a valid name part.
  • The email address must then contain an @ sign.
  • The email address must then contain a valid domain part.
  • The name part can contain:
    • uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (A-Z or a-z).
    • digits 0 to 9.
    • these symbols: . _ % + - '
  • The domain part contains:
    • uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (A-Z or a-z).
    • digits 0 to 9.
    • hyphen/dash -
    • must contain at least one dot .
    • must contain an extension that is at least 2 characters in length and must only contain uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (A-Z or a-z).
  • The password must be at least 8 characters in length.
  • The password must both uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (A-Z or a-z).
  • The password must include at least one number.
  • The password must include at least one symbol: _ - . , ( ) ^ * $ @ ! : ; < > / { } [ ] | ~ ` ' "
  • The password must be entered into both of the fields provided.
