A JOINT RESOLUTION TO INCREASE THE LIMIT ON THE TAKING OF BLUEBACK HERRING AND GIZZARD SHAD IN 1985 ONLY IN LAKE MOULTRIE AND THE TAILRACE CANAL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Limit increased

SECTION 1. The limit on the taking of blueback herring and gizzard shad in Lake Moultrie is increased in 1985 only to one thousand pounds or two thousand five hundred fish a boat a day.

SECTION 2. The limit on the taking of blueback herring and gizzard shad in the Tailrace Canal is increased in 1985 only to onethousand pounds or two hundred dozen fish a boat a day.

Time effective

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
