 A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 1, Article X, of the
 Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to ad valorem taxation and
 assessment, so as to increase from ten to twenty-five the number of
 shareholders a corporation may have and be eligible for the four percent
 assessment for agricultural real property if all the shareholders are related.
