AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-145, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING PLACES IN CHARLESTON COUNTY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE VOTING PLACE FOR HOLLYWOOD PRECINCT FROM THE FIRE STATION TO THE TOWN HALL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Hollywood precinct voting place

SECTION 1. The Hollywood precinct voting place, as described in Section 7-7-145 of the 1976 Code, is changed from "Fire Station" to "Town Hall".

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
