 A Bill to amend Title 56, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to
 motor vehicles, by adding Chapter 27 so as to require all new motor vehicles
 to conform to applicable express warranties within certain time periods and to
 provide a purchaser with remedies if the vehicle does not conform to
 applicable express warranties within the required time period including the
 requirement that the manufacturer or its authorized dealer replace the vehicle
 or refund the full purchase price of the vehicle to the purchaser lass a
 reasonable allowance for use.
