 A Bill to amend Chapter 11 of Title 10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to trespasses and offenses in public buildings and on public
 property, by adding Article 5 so as to make it unlawful to commit acts
 declared to be prohibited at the Capitol Complex, Governor's Mansion Complex,
 and other State buildings and grounds under the jurisdiction of the Capitol
 Complex Police, Public Safety Section of the State Law Enforcement Division;
 and to repeal Section 10-11-310, relating to the definition of Capitol
 grounds.
