 A Bill to provide for nonpartisan election of the members of the respective
 Boards of Trustees of the School Districts of Lexington County conducted at
 the time of the General Elections beginning with elections held in 1980 and
 provide for the extension of terms of members presently serving to correspond
 their terms to the change in election dates.
