AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 187 OF 1971 RELATING TO THE LOWER BERKELEY SECONDARY TREATMENT AUTHORITY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Act 187 of 1971 relating to the Lower Berkeley Secondary Treatment Authority repealed

SECTION 1. Act 187 of 1971 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
