A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, RELATING TO CERTIFICATION OF NEED FOR HEALTH FACILITIES, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 6, ISSUE 4, PAGE 32 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Department of Health and Environmental Control, relating to certification of need for health facilities, published as proposed regulations in Volume 6, Issue 4, page 32 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
