S 1054(Rat #0646) General Bill, By Senate Fish, Game and Forestry
A Bill to amend Act 183 of 1977, as amended, relating to the regulation of
trapping furbearing animals, so as to strike the words "for commercial
purposes" and to provide that it shall be unlawful to trap such animals except
during the times designated for the lawful trapping of them; and to provide
that the ninety-day period for automatic approval of regulations of state
agencies shall cease to run on June 5, 1980, with regard to certain
regulations of the Board of Certification of Environmental Systems Operators,
the State Board of Education and the Department of Wildlife and Marine
Resources.-at
