 A Concurrent Resolution expressing the appreciation of the members of the
 General Assembly to Raymond D. Fendley of Westminster in Oconee County for his
 twenty-four years of distinguished service as Director and Chairman of the
 Pioneer Rural Water District of Anderson and Oconee Counties upon the occasion
 of his retirement and wishing him health and happiness in all of his future
 endeavors.
