Washington and R.R. Woods
 A Bill to amend Section 22-1-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to magistrates, so as to provide that the Governor shall appoint
 magistrates with the advice and consent of the legislative delegation and to
 define legislative delegation as the members of the House of Representatives
 and Senate who reside in the county of the proposed appointee or if there is
 no resident member, the Representatives and Senators representing the county
 and to amend Sections 2 and 2A of Part III of Act 164 of 1979, relating to
 screening committees and elections used in the selection of magistrates, so as
 to conform references to the definition of legislative delegation.
