H 2692 General Bill, By P.T. Bradley and Fair
 A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 13, of Title 61, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, relating to offenses against and enforcement of alcoholic
 beverage control laws, by adding Section 61-13-875, so as to provide that no
 person who holds a license or permit to sell beer, wine, or alcoholic liquor
 for on-premises consumption may advertise, sell, or dispense these beverages
 on a two or more for the price of one basis and to provide penalties for
 violations.
