 A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2945, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to the felony offense of causing bodily injury or death while
 driving a vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, so as to provide a
 mandatory three-year driver's license suspension of a person convicted of the
 offense.
