 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 59-19-91 so as to require the governing body of each school district to
 provide a minimum of fifteen minutes at each public meeting of the governing
 body, during which residents of the district may address the governing body
 without prior notice or request.
