A Bill to prohibit the sale, leasing, or renting of motion pictures, movies,
or other video moving pictures or films unless they bear a rating indicating
suitability for or restriction to a particular age group; to prohibit the
delivery of any film for sale or on a lease or rental basis to any person
under eighteen years of age if the film is rated "X" or "R"; to make it
unlawful knowingly to sell, lease, or rent, or knowingly to offer for sale or
on a lease or rental basis, any film which is improperly or incorrectly rated;
and to provide penalties.
