AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 1377 OF 1968, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STATE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SO AS TO REVISE, REALLOCATE, AND RENAME CERTAIN BOND AUTHORIZATIONS FOR CLEMSON UNIVERSITY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Bond authorizations revised

SECTION    1.    Subsubitem (b) (Clemson University), subitem A, item (f), Section 3, Act 1377 of 1968, as added by Section 2, Act 28 of 1999, is further amended to read:

"(b)    Clemson University

Long Hall                                                            523,678

Littlejohn Coliseum                                        9,000,000"

Bond authorizations revised

SECTION    2.    Subsubitem (b) (Clemson), subitem (3), item (f), Section 3, Act 1377 of 1968, as added by Section 1, Part II, Act 1 of 2001, is further amended to read:

"(b)    Clemson

Civil Engineering/Textiles Building                        1,423,807

Fike Wellness Center                                                2,000,000"

Bond authorizations revised

SECTION    3.    Item (f), Section 3, Act 1377 of 1968, as last amended by Act 5 of 2003, is further amended by adding:

Time effective

SECTION    4.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
