 A Bill to amend Chapter 32 of Title 27, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the regulation of vacation time sharing plans, so as to clarify
 and add certain definitions, to further provide for violations and the manner
 in which certain materials are submitted to the South Carolina Real Estate
 Commissioner, to clarify the cancellation clauses required in each contract of
 a vacation time sharing plan, to further provide certain requirements on the
 use of escrow accounts in connection with vacation time sharing lease and
 ownership plans, to allow the Real Estate Commission to accept grants in aid
 in order to carry out its responsibilities under this Act, to provide for
 certain selling requirements when vacation time sharing facilities are not
 substantially completed, to provide for certain registration fees for vacation
 time sharing plans located within and outside the State, to provide that the
 gross proceeds from the sale or resale of vacation time sharing lease plans
 are exempt from sales tax; and to amend Section 12-35-550, as amended,
 relating to exemptions from sales tax, so as to provide the same tax
 exemption.
