 use of escrow accounts in connection with vacation time sharing lease and
 ownershPreviousip pNextlans, to allow the Real Estate Commission to accept grants in aid
 in order to carryPrevious outNext its responsibilities under this Act, to provide for
 certain selling requirements when vacation time sharing facilities are not
 substantially completed, to providPreviouse foNextr certain registration fees for vacation
 time sharing plans located within and outside the State, to provide PreviousthatNext the
 gross proceeds from the sale or resale of vacation time sharing lease plans
 aPreviousre eNextxempt from sales tax; and to amend Section 12-35-550, as amended,
 relating to exemptions from sales tax, so as to provide the same tax
 exemption.
