 A Bill to amend Section 44-53-530, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to forfeiture and disposition of conveyances used to transport
 illegal drugs so as to provide that a lienholder may protect his lien by
 executing an affidavit of non-involvement in the transport of illegal drugs in
 post-forfeiture proceedings rather than at the time of execution of financing
 documents which created his lien.
