H 3397 General Bill, By T.M. Burriss and S.H. Howard
 A Bill to amend Section 34-11-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to drawing and uttering fraudulent checks, so as to allow a
 check to be validated by a bank teller stamp; and to amend Section 34-11-70,
 as amended, relating to fraudulent intent in drawing and uttering checks, so
 as to change the form of the notice mailed to a person whose check has been
 dishonored.
