H 3513 General Bill, By S.H. Howard, B.L. Hendricks, Kirsh and T.G. Mangum
 A Bill to amend Section 12-7-2270, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to the power of the Tax Commission to examine certain
 documents, so as to delete the requirement of thirty days written notice to
 the taxpayer prior to the examination of such documents and to exempt the
 Commission from such requirement when elements of fraud have been detected.
