H 3535 General Bill, By J.L. Rampey and S.H. Howard
 A Bill to amend Sections 15-45-100 and 15-45-120, as amended, Code of Laws of
 South Carolina, 1976, relating to adoption, so as to require, in
 investigations of adoption actions, that a determination of the interest of
 the grandparents of the adoptive child be made if they are not joined as
 parties, to require proof that notice has been given to such grandparents and
 that reasonable efforts to locate them were made if they were not notified and
 if they were not joined in the action and to prohibit interlocutory or final
 orders unless the grandparents have been given due consideration as adoptive
 parents of the adoptive child.
