AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE
AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF ROAD 56 AT CAESAR'S HEAD
IN GREENVILLE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Road to be closed
Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close
and remove from the state highway system that portion of Road 56 at Caesar's
Head in Greenville County from its junction with Highway 276 southeasterly for
two hundred feet.
Time effective
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor. |
