 A Bill to amend Act 7 of 1979, as amended, relating to interest rates on
 mortgage loans, so as to permit banks as well as state chartered savings and
 loan associations to offer variable rate first mortgage loans in amounts of
 one hundred thousand dollars or less upon promulgation of regulations
 authorizing such loans by the State Board of Financial Institutions.
