 A Bill to amend Section 50-11-650, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to open seasons on deer in restocked areas of Game Zones 1,
 2 and 4, so as to provide that the Director of the Division of Game of the
 Wildlife and Marine Resources Department may open the deer season at any time
 between September first and January first instead of October first and January
 first.
