S.H. Howard and R.A. Kohn
 A Bill to amend Chapter 3 of Title 29, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to mortgages and deeds of trust, by adding Section 29-3-70, so as to
 provide that money held by a mortgagee, beneficiary of a deed of trust or
 vendor on a contract of sale in an escrow or impound account for taxes,
 assessments or insurance in connection with real property in this State shall
 be retained in this State and be invested only with resident individuals or
 businesses in this State.
