H 2577 General Bill, By S.H. Howard
 A Bill to amend Title 35, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding
 Sections 35-2-50, 35-2-60, 35-2-70 and 35-2-120, relating to the South
 Carolina Tender Offer Disclosure Act, so as to conform the Act to Federal
 Exchange Commission rules regarding offers made for the acquisition of equity
 securities of corporations organized under the laws of South Carolina or of
 corporations incorporated elsewhere if their principal place of business is in
 South Carolina or if they have substantial number of employees in South
 Carolina; and to repeal Sections 5, 6 and 7 of Act 531 of 1978, relating to
 the South Carolina Tender Offer Disclosure Act.
