 A Bill to amend Section 12-7-700, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to deductions which are allowable in computing net income, so
 as to increase the percentage that charitable contributions can be of an
 individual's adjusted gross income and still be deducted and to provide for a
 carry-over into the next succeeding five years of any excess charitable
 contributions which cannot be deducted in a particular tax year because of
 such limitation.
