 A Bill to amend Section 56-5-160 and Section 56-19-10, as amended, Code of
 Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the definition of "bicycle", so as
 to delete the reference to pedal bicycles with helper motors; to amend Section
 56-5-150, relating to motor-driven cycle, so as to include pedal bicycles with
 helper motors; and to repeal Act 156 of 1977, relating to the definition of
 "bicycle".
