H 2761 General Bill, By R.L. Cobb and S.H. Howard
 A Bill to amend Section 40-57-150, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to real estate license fees and the allocation of a portion of
 these fees, so as to provide for certain other fees, to amend Section
 40-57-160, relating to the issuance of real estate licenses and the expiration
 dates thereof, so as to provide that a license not renewed before September
 first of each year shall be cancelled, to amend Section 40-57-180, relating to
 hearing procedures for revocation and suspension of and refusal to grant real
 estate licenses, so as to further provide for such procedures, and to amend
 Section 40-57-220, as amended, relating to appeals from decisions of the
 Commissioner, so as to further provide for the manner in which such appeals
 shall be made.
