 A Concurrent Resolution expressing the appreciation of the members of the
 General Assembly to Miss South Carolina Pageant, Inc., for its efficient
 conduct of pageants which have promoted South Carolina so well over past years
 and have resulted in many lovely and talented young ladies receiving
 scholarships to continue the development of their talents and abilities.
