 A Bill to amend Section 12-7-90, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to income tax, so as to update Federal Statute references from
 1978 to 1981 and to provide that the Economic Recovery Act of 1981 as related
 to income tax treatment of defined contribution plan and defined benefit plan
 contributions shall apply for South Carolina Income Tax purposes.
