 A Bill to amend Section 4-9-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to the powers of county governing bodies, so as to empower
 county governing bodies to enact ordinances regulating flea markets and
 providing penalties for violation thereof which shall be within the
 jurisdiction of the magistrates' courts.
