A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
EDUCATION, RELATING TO DEFINED MINIMUM PROGRAM STANDARDS FOR THE SOUTH
CAROLINA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF AND THE BLIND AND THE JOHN DE LA HOWE SCHOOL,
PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 7, ISSUE 1, PAGES 87 AND 110 OF THE
STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the State Department of Education, relating to defined minimum program
standards for the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind and the John De La Howe School,
published as proposed regulations in Volume 7, Issue 1, pages 87 and 110 of the State Register and submitted
to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor. |
