 A Concurrent Resolution to express the appreciation of the General Assembly to
 Howell E. Hipp, Superintendent of School District Number One of Spartanburg
 County, for his thirty-seven years of devoted and efficient service to the
 school children of Spartanburg County and to extend best wishes to him for
 many years of good health and happiness on the occasion of his retirement.
