A Bill to amend Section 56-5-5015, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
relating to motor vehicle window glass, so as to delete provisions relating to
automobile glass transparent from only one side, including the requirement
that drivers of motor vehicles with such glass roll down the front window when
approached by a law enforcement officer and to make it unlawful to tint motor
vehicle window glass by any process that reduces the transmission of light by
more than thirty percent.
