 A Concurrent Resolution to congratulate the Right Reverend William H. S.
 Jerdan of Summerville, Dorchester County, on his election to the office of
 Presiding Bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church in the United States and to
 extend best wishes as he assumes the mantle of leadership of the one hundred
 thirteen-year-old spiritual body.
