A BILL

TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 57-23-825 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE TOWN OF SUMMERTON MAY MOW BEYOND THIRTY FEET FROM THE PAVEMENT ROADSIDE VEGETATION ADJACENT TO THE INTERCHANGES OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 95 AND S 14-102 (EXIT 108) IN CLARENDON COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 1, Article 17, Chapter 23, Title 57 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 57-23-825.    Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 57-23-800, or any other provision of law, the Town of Summerton may mow beyond thirty feet from the pavemPreviousent roadside vegetation adjacent to the interchanges of Interstate Highway 95 and S 14-102 in Clarendon County."

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
