A Concurrent Resolution to commend Miss Ruby D. Kitchens of Columbia, who
after twenty-nine years is retiring from State Government, for her loyal and
dedicated service to the State of South Carolina in the capacity of
stenographer and then as office manager of the Legislative Council of the
General Assembly and to express the gratitude of the members of the General
Assembly for her assistance and to wish for her abundant happiness and
contentment in her retirement years.
