 A Concurrent Resolution to welcome home Mr. William Belk of West Columbia, one
 of the fifty-two gallant hostages who were returned to the United States on
 January 25, 1981, after four hundred forty-four days of confinement in Iran,
 and to extend to him the best wishes of the people of South Carolina on the
 joyous occasion of his homecoming.
