 A Bill to amend Section 40-57-100, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to applications for real estate broker's and saleman's
 licenses and to the prerequisites therefor, so as to change the prerequisites
 for a broker's and a saleman's license; to amend Section 40-57-110, relating
 to broker's and saleman's examinations, so as to provide for a first year and
 a second year saleman's examination; to amend Section 40-57-130, relating to
 temporary licenses; to amend Section 40-57-150, as amended, relating to
 license fees, so as to eliminate the fee for temporary licenses; and to amend
 the 1976 Code by adding Section 40-57-161 so as to provide for continuing
 annual educational requirements for brokers and salesmen beginning July 1,
 1982, and to provide exemptions from such continuing education requirements.
