A Bill to amend Section 40-21-270, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
amended, relating to reexamination of candidates failing an engineering or
land surveying examination, so as to provide that no person shall be permitted
to take such examinations more than three times without the special permission
of the State Board of Engineering Examiners and to provide certain educational
requirements for persons applying for reexamination in land surveying when a
two-year period of time has elapsed between the date of the last examination
and the date of reapplication.
