 A Concurrent Resolution to provide for a joint meeting of the Senate and House
 of Representatives in the Hall of the House on June 4, 1980, immediately
 folloiwng the election of the Family Court Judge for the Sixth Judicial
 Circuit for the purpose of electing members of the Public Service Commission
 to fill vacancies created by the expiration of terms of members from the
 First, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Seventh Public Service Districts whose terms
 expire in 1980 and to establish procedures for such elections.
