A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF THE MULLINS PreviousNATIONALNext GUARD ARMORY TO THE CITY OF MULLINS.

Whereas, the PreviousNationalNext Guard Armory located at 843 Miller Road in Mullins, South Carolina, will be vacated by the South Carolina PreviousNationalNext Guard; and

Whereas, the City of Mullins will use the armory for the benefit of the community. Now, therefore,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Transfer of PreviousNationalNext Guard Armory ownership

SECTION    1.    Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 25-1-1660 and 1-11-58 of the 1976 Code and Act 248 of 2004, the State Budget and Control Board is directed to transfer ownership of the Mullins PreviousNational Guard Armory located at 843 Miller Road, Mullins, South Carolina, to the City of Mullins, South Carolina.

Time effective

SECTION    2.    This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 18th day of April, 2013.

Approved the 23rd day of April, 2013.
