AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 1736 OF 1972, RELATING TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE BEAUFORT COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION SHALL EXPEND THOSE FUNDS AUTHORIZED TO THEM BY COUNTY COUNCIL IN THE COUNTY BUDGET.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Repeal
SECTION 1. Act 1736 of 1972 is repealed. Time effective
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor. |
