A Bill to amend Section 56-5-3510, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
relating to bicycles with helper motors, so as to increase the lawful age for
operating them from twelve to fourteen and to provide that persons thirteen
years of age and older may operate them from July 1, 1986, through June 30,
1987.
