AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PER DIEM AND MILEAGE FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF THE CHESTERFIELD COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Per diem and mileage

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, effective July 1, 1981, and thereafter, members of the Board of the Chesterfield County School District shall receive per them payments of forty dollars for each board meeting attended plus mileage to and from such meeting as authorized by law for members of state boards, committees and commissions.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
