AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 2-1-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF REPRESENTATIVES IN THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, SO AS TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR SUCH APPORTIONMENT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
House districts reapportioned
Section 1. Section 2-1-10 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 173 of 1981, is further amended by striking House Districts 120, 122, 123, 124, 59, 62, 63, 70, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 50, 51, 53, 65, 66, 67 and 68 and inserting:
