AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE AIKEN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION TO LEVY AN ADDITIONAL FIVE MILLS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82 ONLY WHICH SHALL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Additional levy authorized

SECTION 1. In addition to the levy authorized by an Act of 1981 bearing ratification number 132, the Aiken County Board of Education is hereby authorized to levy five mills for fiscal year 1981-82 only which shall be used exclusively for the operations of the school district of Aiken County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
