A JOINT RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE TIME TO JUNE THIRTIETH FOR MAKING APPLICATION FOR HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION AND FARM USE EXEMPTION FOR THE YEAR 1984 ONLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina;

Time extended for making application

SECTION 1. The time for making application for homestead exemption and farm use exemption is extended to June thirtieth for the year 1984 only.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
